Sensitive

Sit and rub the palm with your fingernail
Just scratch and burn your circle there
Until the blister forms, a bubble
And the skin raises enough to impair

Then wait for that bubble to be burst
So the skin can be peeled away
And you can complain of that rupture
Every fucking day

Then go home at night and rub
The pink flesh kept good and enervated
The nerves maintained at peak edge
To remind you how you’re agitated

Make sure to grip the hands of others
With your raw and bleeding palm
Because the guilt you can make them feel
Is better than any balm

But you must keep the agitation fresh
And the scabs freshly peeled
So the next victimizer can be created
While you keep your wound concealed

Focus on the one way
The world can cause you pain
Make it your daily mantra
And keep it in your brain

If you can’t be the victim you want to be
Then you must find a path
To show the simple sympathizers
That they should unleash wrath

And they will bring you to the pity party
And give you your attention
For the victim of creation of the
Sins that you won’t mention

Salt the wounds and keep them seasoned
Be a perpetual victim
Blame everyone for all your hurts
Even when you inflict them
